Sourdough crackers

My first sourdough discard recipe was King Arthur’s sourdough crackers.
I used the “everything” bagel seasoning and they were a huge hit.
My first attempt to make them failed because I didn’t read the instructions about separating the dough so when you roll it out it is “thinner”. The first batch came out like cookies more than crackers.
This is a great Sourdough discard recipe.
