Oatmeal Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies

I made Oatmeal Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies from Sue Becker’s Home Ground Flour book.

I adapted the recipe to use less coconut, chocolate chips, and used sucanat as a sweetener instead of dark & light evaporated cane sugars. I used soft white wheat for the flour.
