Hamburger Buns (2nd attempt)

These were the best hamburger buns I’ve made to date. The inside was chewy and soft and tasted like an actual “store bought” bun.

The problem is, I was adding grain to my grain jars and mixed soft white into my hard white jar. I’m not exactly sure how much soft white was in my recipe so that’s a real bummer, but I’m going to attempt to make these again this week. I’m guessing I had about 1 1/2 cups of soft white in my 9 cups of flour. I made a large pullman bread loaf, these buns and smaller buns for the kiddo.

Let’s hope I can recreate this magic!
