Hamburger buns

I kept feeding my family hamburgers on the regular sandwich bread I make so I decided to make a large batch of hamburger buns.

Using hard white, I used the recipe that came with my Ank.

The buns came out flat but they are soft and not dense like previous recipes I have used.
