Hamburger Buns

I needed to make a huge batch of hamburger buns for us.

We love to eat hamburgers in this house and I felt bad I never had any available.

Using hard white wheat, I tried the recipe that came with my Ank mixer and they turned out OK.

The buns are a little flat but they are very soft and not dense like previous recipes I had tried.
