A new challenge… Sourdough

I am finally ready to tackle sourdough. Here’s my starter. I have yet to give it a name.

As I write this, we are on day 5 and I have “hooch” on my starter. The starter smells amazingly sour.

I hope I will see some good progress on it soon.
